The producer, Edgard, is the creator of Mauricio at La Leona Farm, which he has been working on until now.
This lot is a collection of Pacas varieties harvested at his own Pino de Oro plantation by Edgard, who has won the Cup of Excellence (COE) and many other prizes.
Edgard began coffee production in 2006 in Santa Barbara, an important area of Honduras coffee production. In 2010, he won the 3rd place in COE, and the following year he won the championship. His achievements, such as winning three times after that, show that all the coffees he makes are of high quality.
We handle lots that won the 14th place in 2019, and we continue to handle Mr. Edgard's coffee,
all of which have complex fruity flavors and are characterized by a clean and melty pleasant texture.
