BLEND CONCEPT
A Tokyo coffee that expresses the refined expression of the city of Ebisu and the generosity of the adults who live there, just as the name Ebisu City speaks for itself. This blend was the original daily coffee of Sarutahiko Coffee, standing with the company from Day 1 when the first shop opens at Ebisu im 2011. The term "city roast" in coffee is said to have been named for the degree of roast that was popular in New York City. This term triggered the concept to create "What is a city roast for the gorgeous city of Ebisu today?"

When cold: the rich caramel adds depth and sweetness, and the plumpness and aroma are reminiscent of a medium-bodied wine that releases you from stress of living and working in a city.

The FIRST day of every month is the order cut-off day. Customer placing orders before the cut-off day will expect goods delivery in 2-3 weeks from the cut-off day.
