The beans are selected from those cultivated organically at wide altitudes of 1500 - 2300 meters above the sea level and blended using scientific formula to produce "sweet, fruity and profound" coffee. Fruitiness and acidity are significant but not overwelming, mainly in the spectrum of plum, apricot and dark berries. The body is rounded, profound and sweet, with long aftertaste.
This coffee is best brewed using pour-over or siphon.
